They are Billions is a real time strategy game where you have to fight hordes of zombies trying to infect your colonies and survive. The Nintendo Switch 2 version features the same smooth gameplay as the PC version and supports Joy-Con™2 mouse mode for improved accuracy and selection speed. Fight for survival in both handheld and TV mode! Remember that you can always pause the game anytime and give your units orders, or queue new buildings. Rapid reflexes are not important, but strategic decisions are!
Nintendo Switch 2 Version
We have been working hard to bring They Are billions to Nintendo Switch 2. We, as developers of the Nintendo Switch 2 port, have worked hard to bring you the best experience on the Nintendo portable console.
We have achieved a faithful conversion of the PC version, keeping the same content, mechanics, behaviour and amount of zombies, with the addition of some changes to adapt it to the portable console:
- Improved UI: We have repositioned the map to the top right corner, so the UI texts can be repositioned and increase the text size, for easier readability, especially in Handheld mode.
- Joy-Con™2 Mouse mode: The game makes use of the new improved Joy-Con™2, allowing to use the right Joy-Con™2 as a mouse, for faster and more accurate point-and-click.
- Controller support. You don’t need to use the Joy-Con™2 mouse. We have added controller support to all menus and interfaces of the game. Also you can move the pointer with the sticks and perform the same actions that a mouse. Additionally you can use the touch screen to quickly move the cursor to a specific spot.
- Smooth gameplay. We have optimized the game so it uses the exact same behaviour, physics, mechanics… as PC, but in the console. You can expect a 60fps framerate for most of the game situations, including some of the larger zombie attacks.
